Bob’s quest to find the ‘right’ person to help improve the quality of our BreadWorks operation is finally over!  Sara is motivated and passionate about food service.

I am thrilled to introduce Chef Sara Tipton − a nearby neighbor, and former Personal Chef from Greenville, North Carolina. She has been a Chef (Set2Cook4U) for over 10 years. Her husband, Norman Manning, is a veterinarian, and owner of the Wake Forest Animal Hospital.

Sara began, in February 2015, to help plan and prepare our Brunch and Dinner Menus. Please join me in welcoming Sara to the Franklin BreadWorks.
